If not, don't worry! You can easily return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it's unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

A refund will be submitted within 48 hours of getting the product.

Returning an item:

  1. Contact us By Email: at cobalt.decor1@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item you'd like to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Choose your return method:

    • Schedule a drop-off at our location: (Note: We are not a traditional retail store.) Please contact us to arrange a time.

    • Send by delivery (customer responsible for shipping cost): Address: Yaakov Rabienu Tam 14, Tel Aviv.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item and issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Simply follow the return process above and indicate that you want to exchange your item for another. We'll contact you to complete the process.

Important:

  • Exchanges are not available after 30 days of purchase.
